Wyandotte Professional Consulting Services (PCS) provides educational consulting, benefits navigation support, and return-to-work planning services intended to assist individuals in understanding public benefits, employment options, and work incentive programs.
Services may include general education regarding Social Security benefits, SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, Medicare, work incentives, employment planning, and related community resources.
Wyandotte Professional Consulting Services (PCS) is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of the Social Security Administration (SSA), Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS), the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), or any other governmental agency.
All final eligibility determinations, benefit decisions, overpayment determinations, and work incentive approvals are made solely by the appropriate governmental agency.
Information provided through Benefits to Work (B2W)Consulting services is educational and consultative in nature and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, psychological, or clinical advice. Clients are encouraged to independently verify all benefit-related information directly with the Social Security Administration, Medicaid, or other applicable agencies.
Wyandotte Professional Consulting Services (PCS) does not provide psychotherapy, psychological treatment, mental health counseling, diagnosis, legal representation, or case management services through its Benefits to Work Consulting program.
Current or former customers of Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) are not eligible to receive Benefits to Work Consulting services through Wyandotte Professional Consulting Services due to potential conflicts of interest and professional ethical considerations.
Participation in consulting services is voluntary, and clients remain solely responsible for reporting wages, employment changes, resources, and other required information to Social Security, Medicaid, and all applicable agencies in a timely manner.
By participating in services, the client acknowledges understanding of this disclaimer and agrees that Wyandotte Professional Consulting Services (PCS) cannot guarantee continued eligibility for public benefits or specific financial outcomes.
